What are we looking for? 

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on B2B Marketing Director ("doer") to build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications sector, a practical mindset, and a hands-on approach to driving growth and strengthening our market presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Initial Development of B2B Marketing Strategies: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and expansion goals from day one.
  • Market Research: Conduct market studies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the telecommunications sector.
  • B2B Campaign Creation: Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and participation in industry events and trade shows.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective strategies for generating and converting qualified B2B leads.
  • Content Management: Create and manage relevant and engaging content to attract and retain B2B clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using key metrics to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in marketing strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with People & Talent to develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Event Support: Coordinate and support participation in industry events and trade shows, ensuring effective presence aligned with marketing strategy.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with People & Talentto develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure smooth and consistent information flow within the company.
  • AI Optimization: Apply artificial intelligence technologies to optimize marketing processes and improve campaign efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably in the telecommunications or software development sector, with a strong execution focus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies from scratch.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Experience in branding and brand positioning in the B2B sector.
    • Experience in employer branding and internal communication.
    • Experience in applying artificial intelligence to optimize marketing processes.
    • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
